Audeo has open enrollment throughout the year! Audeo is a twelve month program with three semesters; fall, spring, and summer. To request enrollment, please complete the Enrollment form below and click 'submit'. You will also be required to fax us documents to be considered for admission. Required documents include School Transcripts, Discipline History, and Immunization Records. If your student is receiving Special Education services you must send us a complete copy of the IEP (Individualized Education Plan) and the School Psychology Report.
